Excellent service from Tayna. Marie took ownership of delivery problems (entirely down to the courier company not Tayna) and went above and beyond to resolve them and get me moving again. Can't praise highly enough, 5 stars for product quality, 10 stars out of 5 for customer service and care.

Excellent battery, performs as expected (powers bow thruster in narrowboat.) Would give 5 stars, but the delivery was on a pallet, which the driver refused to take back. It caused us a lot of grief to get rid of it!

Have not had time to tell how reliable the batteries are but they were delivered by UK Mail - well packed by Tayna but one of two had much spilt acid owing to not having been kept upright during delivery, and proved very difficult to unpack. Disappointing against other purchases from Tayna which were delivered on a pallet.

Can't really give it five stars as haven't used it in anger yet - its replacing a similar numax 664 battery so it should be good. I can give Tayna 5 stars for the customer experience, excellent.

Had a problem with finding a battery that fitted the battery tray, didn't want to start cutting bits out and also needed a LH+ terminal. 'Well done Tanya', this battery fitted as snug as a bug in a rug and with a LH+ terminal as well. Delivered as promised, ordered Friday delivered Monday. Safely and well packaged. Numax is not a battery brand that I know, but the battery certainly looks sturdy and up to the job, only time will tell. "Thanks Tayna." "No hesitation in giving you a review well deserved. Would most certainly recommend."
