Great fast service, glad they sent confirmation e-mail just checking battery details i.e. size and terminal configuration. I'd got it wrong rang back immediately, very helpful, no problem changed order, received battery following day. Very pleased with service, efficiency and delivery along with friendly, helpful,cheerful and polite customer care.

Great advice prior to buying this product as I have an odd sized battery box on the caravan. Advice was perfect and the battery fits like a glove. The battery is superb, plenty of power. Delivered next day. But 75% discharged. I am waiting to see if permanent damage has resulted. Not good for a company specialising in batteries to supply in such a discharged state. Obviously been on the shelf for ages. Yet this battery is supposed to keep its charge anyway!

Give it 5 stars although really can only tell how good a battery is after a few years. However this was a replacement for an similar older Numax battery which proved very satisfactory. Tayna delivery very quick and efficient as before and battery installed and working fine.

Service and speed of delivery excellent. Only issue was that one of the three batteries I purchased had leaked fluid, pressumably in transit. On telephoning was immediately put through to technical support who explained that either battery was overfilled or had been tilted/upset in transit. The batteries are for a boat kept in France so hope everything is OK when I get them over by ferry and fit them!
