Purchased thinking "wow, that's a good price for two SP21 blades", and in not having seen a twin pack before, I had simply thought that Tayna had purchased a batch of older stock cheaply and were likewise able to pass on the savings to their customers. Upon arrival however, not only did I discover that one blade was shorter with the other, with the longer of the blades having a spoiler attached, but the longer blade was also missing the fixing to enable fitment to the wiper stem hook. A quick phone call to Tayna, who in turn arranged an FOC return, and after a secondary phone call a week later to see if the item had been received as I hadnt heard from them, they promptly refunded my monies.
