This is an earlier version of the Ctek battery charger than the XS 5.0 but will restore a dead battery an maintain the same as the later model. Have purchased 3 in total. One MXS 3.8 before the XS 5.0 became available and two of the XS 5.0 recently. Both models are magic.

A versatile charger in a compact format which makes it convenient and easy to charge and maintain all household vehicle batteries. Fully automatic 7 stage charging process, the MXS 3.8 measures battery status and automatically begins charging when needed. Selectable charging power to match smaller (e.g. motorcycle) and larger (e.g. car) batteries. Optional cold mode - more efficient charging in Winter temperatures. Splash resistant & dust proof to IP65 rating.

• Charges 12V Batteries
• Charges batteries of 1.2Ah - 80Ah
