There are many battery chargers on the market these days and it can be hard to get through the promotional blurb and see what might be best suited to one's needs. After trawling through many manufacturers and suppliers on-line literature, it appeared the CTEK company had an excellent track record and the MXS 5 would best suit my needs: I wanted something which could look after the two large start/leisure batteries on my boat; my Classic Car; my motorcycle. So I needed a charger capable of being gentle for my small, bike battery; capable of reconditioning; look after the 110Ah boat batteries; can be left on for lengthy periods to maintain the charge without harming the battery. This unit fulfils the needs... and Tayna were spot on with price and delivery... especially challenging given the current Covid-19 lockdown.

Great charger - bought back an old battery - which is a bonus. Excellent company to deal with helpful and honest. I bought a couple of wrong batteries, my mistake, process for returning them was very easy.

Excellent service (again) from Tayna, delivered in 2 days. The CTEK is a great piece of kit, easy to use, clear instructions. I had 2 75ah leisure batteries for my campervan that needed restoring as they never really get fully charged in the van. Both are now working perfectly, fully restored and charged. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this piece of kit! I was used to a huge piece of machinery to charge my batteries which were not fit for purpose, this is expensive but brilliant. Took twenty eight hours to fully recondition my batteries (110 amps) for my Jaguar xf and Toyota Hilux but full charges in both as we are mainly doing short journeys in this wintry weather. Perfect thanks
