Tried the unit twice and battery fully charged according to the unit.Car(Jag) started with no faults showing,therefore battery doing its job correctly.

This replaces a CTEK 3.6 which I have had for decades and does a fantastic job, Unfortunately my Son has 'borrowed' it long term. This new MXS 5.0 is terrific as one of my cars has an AGM battery and the other two cars (lead acid) have benefited from the 'recon' function with the track day car being on permanent float / pulse.. I hope to hang on to this one as long as the CTEK 3.6!

Not the cheapest, but possibly the best smart charger. Very compact & easy to use, it maintains my batteries in good condition, especially during this period of lockdown. With it’s fine reputation, long warranty, & usual excellent service from Tayna, I’m very pleased with my purchase

Great price, cheapest for miles around, prompt delivery, used it yesterday 21/01/21, as my car battery (Ford Focus 1.5 TDCI) at 50% charge, as car had not been used for several days, topped it up to full charge in just under 4 hours.

Purchased this battery charger from Tayna batteries and their service was excellent. A little disappointed with the product as the buttons are on the small side, also I brought this product thinking it was made in Europe but on inspection after it arrived I found it is made in China, so will have to see how long it lasts. I would have looked at other makes and brought one if I'd known they're made in China. Can the country of manufacture be made clear on the product's being sold so that the customer can make an informed decision on purchasing? I have brought products before from Tayna Batteries and always had excellent service from them and will continue to do so. Many thanks Steve

Received this charger within a few days of ordering. Bought because not using car often enough during lockdown as vulnerable & over 80. Used it yesterday & it was incredibly easy to set up, just connect the crocodile clips, plug in & it performed brilliantly ~ did everthing as it said it would on the instructions. Battery fully charged overnight (2.5 ltr All wheel drive SUV) so complete peace of mind. Brilliant tool & excellent servive from Tayna!! Trevor
