Product 5*. Delivery 1*. Courier delivered over 2 hours early. No one at home. Left battery on doorstep, and LIED ABOUT THE SIGNATURE. It was NEVER signed for by anyone, although the conformation SMS said it was signed for.

I bough this battery to replace the failing bosh s4 one in a Mercedes which had lasted many years .so a straight swop ..I contacted the Tanya office. As when I placed the order online with them it had used an old redundant email on my PayPal account at my end. I had to update my emails So I could receive receipt and track the parcel on my devices .The lady staff member was very helpful and polite and updated everything with ease . The delivery was extremely efficient next day she told me . As I wasn’t goin to be in she delayed it by one day to suit me and as arranged it arrived bang on time as arranged . Tracked and text to tell me what time parcel would be arriving. . It was well packaged and even came in a safety plastic gas fume bag inside the box. I’ve not used the battery yet so cant comment on that yet but if it performs as good as the Tanya Team and the last bosch battery I will be really happy. Nice to see reliable service with an online company with real staff helpful staff at the end of the phone if required.
