The battery was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. It's journey was fully tracked and I was kept informed accordingly. It was well packed and once fitted started the car first time. Excellent service.

Extremely good value for a high spec quality branded battery and delivered very promptly. I had to make some "adjustments" to the battery cover to make this heavy duty battery fit - but that was the fault of a different (and the more expensive) component supplier, not Tayna, who specified it as the correct heavy duty option for the vehicle

I am absolutely delighted with the product, it's exactly what I was looking for, is of excellent quality, and very good value for money. Buying the battery from Tayna, I was able to specify the manufacturer of my choice, which may not have been the case had I taken my car to a main dealer, or garage, and saved money in the process. The item was delivered within 12 hours of ordering, and I was kept informed of progress and well within the time 'window' promised. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tayna again, and be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Brilliant Product, The battery fitted to the car I bought last year was starting to fail and only lasting about 3 weeks from fully charging down to a few days. i t was 85 Amp.hr the new battery is 95 Amp.hr. I went on a 190 mile round trip today and my car did 35 mpg wheres in the last few weeks was doing about 30 mpg, sSo the new battery is giving more efficient power ! An excellent price compared to the Mercedes main dealers. Many Thanks M Willrich
