Product is fine but customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Battery took over a week to arrive despite, at that time, a big red banner on their website stated that all batteries despatched the same day if you order before a certain time (this banner was removed when I called them out on it when I was chasing my battery). Their excuse was that they were unusually busy due to the fact that it is winter! Seriously!!! I contacted them to advise that my wife just had a stroke and needed to get to urgent appointments. Made zero difference to the priority of the order. Shameful behaviour.

Excellent product…. no problems. But… placed order on mobile and made a mistake requesting delivery to pickup point instead of home address…. customer service unable to alter so ended up paying for delivery, and going to collect myself from pick up point… shame that couldn’t be fixed by the supplier. Would buy again, but would be more cautious with ordering.
