The battery was a good price and works well. However, I suggest you do not use Yodel as your courier in the future. Although the delivery was quick, they delivered it to the wrong address! I had an email to say it had been delivered, but there was no sign of it. I contacted Yodel and got someone on chat and explained the situation. They said they would need to investigate with the driver when he returned and that I'd be contacted within 24 hours. However, I never heard from them again! Very poor service from them. Luckily, the person whose house it was delivered to contacted me and I picked it up myself. Thank goodness for honest people!!

Battery seems fine. Very difficult to know what to write about a battery that I've only had installed for about 2 weeks - it works, it provides plenty of CCA to start the car quickly. It comes with two breather holes so you can fit the battery whichever way around you need. Only remove the breather plug for the side you're connecting the vent hose to though!

This battery gives a much faster cranking speed over the lucas battery that it replaced, even when the lucas battery was new. Fits well and the breather tube also fits unlike the lucas battery.

The S5 008 Bosch battery does what I expect with ease. It replaced a lower rated Bosch S3 008 that I felt was struggling to cope with the reduced car use due to the coronavirus.
