I decided to buy a battery for my VW Crafter as it is six and half years old and starting was sounding sluggish on cold mornings, I didn’t want to end up with low battery voltage and various warning lights appearing! After looking at Taynas site the process was easy with loads of different battery manufactures to choose from I opted for a Bosch S5008, it was delivered in a couple of days and well packaged ( plus it was £43 cheaper than my local motor factors for the same battery! ) it was fitted the next day and I have to say starting is instant. All in all very pleased with Tayna would use them again and recommend to everyone.

The battery purchased was a replacement for a 096 I'd purchased 6yrs ago and which died after being fully discharged. I'd been offered this battery at nearly twice the price and was attracted by the 5yr guarantee. It arrived & once fitted restored my confidence in the car.

Product arrived really well packaged and as described at a price which was £30 cheaper than my usual place. However the battery did not arrive next day but 3 days late, not an issue for me on this occasion. I assume this was due to a fault with the courier possibly down to the time of year (Xmas \ Covid)
