Battery arrived in perfect order and before the expected time. I must admit the packing was some of the best I have see for such a very heavy and irregular object. The price was the best for of its type and vehicle. All that and a 5 year warranty. Every other make at the same price point we’re only giving 4 year warranty. 5 ?????????? Service 5 ?????????? Had to phone up the next day to chase the tracking info only to be told it hadn't yet been dispatched due to 'staffing Issues'. The other problem I had is whom I was dealing with - I order from Tayna Batteries, the email order confirmation is from Automotion Factors - I then get a email from DX Express saying a delivery from Ferraris Piston Sevice will arrive the next day. By elimination, I worked out this was the battery. But apart from that, the battery was great and the packaging was excellent.
