Very pleased with the service. Ordered Bosch S5 A13 batteries for my Audi Q5 (2014) on Monday at 2pm and expected a surprised next day delivery but got it on Wednesday at 11am. It is acceptable as the battery had to travel 250 miles (4.5 hrs + handling time) to London. Well packaged in a box with full of Styrofoam sheets. Battery is brand new and my car starts as soon as I press the key without any effort. Price is much cheaper than other suppliers. Peace of mind as coming with 5 year warranty. Sales team was very supportive in finding the right battery. Hope the battery will last long as expected.
