I ordered the battery and it came unfortunately badly damaged, i was really impressed with the speed Tanya reacted, I sent the photo of the damaged battery and a new one was shipped to me in 24 hours. Very good customer service.

I chose the Bosch S5A13 AGM 5 year warranty battery after accurate and friendly advice from the Tayna sales team. After 2 weeks the battery is performing as expected and no doubt will for the next 5 years at least.
