Ordered online late one evening and it was delivered early to mid morning the following day. It was ordered for a Cayenne iso the over-priced one from Porsche using information supplied by the RAC. However when it came to fitting, the service centre fitting it advised that it wasnt quite powerful enough. Without hesitation Tayna arranged a courier to pick it up at the service centre and refunded the cost a couple of days later. Absolutely brilliant service; thank you.

Good price, fast delivery and packed well. Bosch batteries are top quality so hopefully will give many years service. It was easy to fit and went in perfectly in place of the original BMW battery. Managed to get it registered to the car computer for free by a friendly local garage. Very pleased with everything.

It was easy to use the website to find the correct battery for my car. The battery was also packaged well and delivered quickly. However, It would have been nice to have a little more clarity for a battery that is installed within the boot of a car i.e. BMW. As the battery is installed within the cabin compartment of the car, it requires a breather pipe. This is to remove any potential hazardous gases infiltrating the cabin. There were two vents on the Bosch S5A13 battery, one at each end of the battery, but these are fairly discrete. On my installation, the breather pipe that was removed from the old battery plugged straight in, but requires a little pressure to make sure is fully home. The other side needs to be capped, a small cap that can be found on the + terminal protective cover (requires breaking off). Additionally, the battery ideally needs to be registered to the car via the OBD. I also changed my battery using a slave to make sure I didn't lose any data or radio codes etc.
