Apart from the actual removal and installation process (which was much ore difficult than it could have been - blame BMW design) this replacement Bosch battery is performing very well. Battery registration was done using Carly; all automated in the App, and no need to even scan the QR code. Advice and service from Tayna was excellent.

Great service from Tayna. The battery was cheapest on the web from Tayna and was delivered the next day. I was concerned that the new battery must be recognised by my car's onboard computer and after a direct enquiry with them my problem was solved. During the ordering process an option is available for fitting locally. I used this option and contacted the garage direct who agreed to do the recognition process for a small fee. I fitted the battery myself and took the car to the garage and all was completed as agreed. All in all a simple process from start to finish. Much cheaper than a BMW dealership. Communication with Tayna was prompt, clear, helpful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend using Tayna for battery replacement.
