I was a little nervous of buying a car battery online, but was very happy with the whole experience. Good help & advice when I phoned the customer service number. Only slight criticism would be they close at 5pm & it took a while to get through the next day - but this wasn't a big problem. Given a choice of recommendations & refreshing that the most expensive option wasn't pushed. Card payment over the phone was simple & easy. Prompt e-mail confirmation of the order. Speedy delivery. Product ordered late Thursday morning & was delivered Friday afternoon. Overall, very happy & would use again. Thank you!

Er, well. No reason not to give the product 5 stars, I suppose. It works as you would expect. This is the first replacement so whether it will last as long as the original remains to be seen. No complaints. The best thing has been how quickly it arrived - next day as promised.

Used the self select page on Tanya web site, so far so good. Delivery prompt but not cheap, still looking good. Offered up battery to car, not a chance in a million it would fit. Contacted Tanya who simply told me this sometimes happens - so sorry. Several exchanges of emails establish correct battery type, however I have to pay to return incorrectly supplied battery for refund and carriage/cost of replacement. SORRY GUYS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, your website got the selection wrong. Won't be using these guys again.

These people were simply the best experience I have had with online shopping. Over a couple of days they answered all questions promptly, delivered on time, and at about 30% of the Main dealer price. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I even said so on Facebook!!
