Great & fast service, it arrived on my door step the next day, so much easier than going into town to a car parts shop. But I selected Tanya's recommended & more powerful battery to replace my 85AH standard VW Transporter T5 battery, it was slightly longer than the original but still fitted. My only minor gripe is that the packaging (whilst robust) was all polystyrene and the little bobbles of white snow went everywhere (it's also non-recyclable. Whilst I appreciate a lead acid battery isn't perhaps a good product to start an ecological discussion from, but could you think about using a different packaging material, it would also avoid the mess of white snow that polystyrene creates.

Battery output options (amperage & cold cranking) were equal to or better than the existing battery, with a range of options covering higher output & increased warranty if desired. The product was easy to purchase & delivered via a courier in good time. The battery was adequately packaged. The website offered good tutorials covering installation and potential vehicle problems. Service rated highly. Excellent.
