The battery arrived on time and was well packed. The instructions were not very clear; I did not know whether to charge the battery or not. There should have been a clear instruction to charge. As it was I trickle charged it overnight. The battery was not easy to fit due to the hinged cover which interfered with the positive terminal. I had to cut off part of the cover to allow the cover to close. Otherwise all was OK.

Arrived on time & well packaged. Installed and started marine engine quickly as Tanya expert promised. The only (slight) negative is carrying handle on battery doesn’t flatten on battery once connected ie ‘stands proud’.

I ordered late on a Friday afternoon and requested a next day delivery even though I did not expect it until the following Monday (Next working Day). I was extremely impressed that this very competitively priced Battery was deliver at 08:30 am on the following day. Fantastic all round service.

The old battery was 5 years old and needed charging regularly. I do not use the car a lot and mostly on short journeys. The new Tayna battery has been fine and never let me down in the 2 months I have had it. I hope it will keep up this performance for many years! My vehicle is a Seat Alhambra 2009.
