The battery itself is what it is, 10Ah more powerful that the standard one on my Jaguar XF. Fitted perfectly, brilliant value for money compared to other suppliers and is currently working fine. The service from these guys though, was exceptional ! The courier had reported to them that they had lost the battery in transit - as you do !! Without hesitation, Tanya had emailed me, and left a phone message, to let me know they had sent another in its place, with a different courier, that I received the next day - that is what you call customer service - wish i could give you guys 6 stars !
