As the Exide EB500 was out of stock after my order was confirmed, Tayna kindly upgraded me to the EA530 at no extra cost (many thanks). Dimensions and fitment of the EA350 was perfect for the Renault Zoe, and everything went smoothly when installing it. Zero issues and works just like it should. Brilliant service and delivery as always.

The battery works as expected, no issues. Delivery was brilliant (bank holiday order), next day which was really helpful and saved me from missing work. Only minor negative was the sales person I spoke to, although he recommended the correct battery his interpersonal skills could do with improving when dealing with people who obviously have less knowledge than he has. Wasn’t rude but made me feel I was imposing on his time.
