I ordered and got the battery I wanted mid-morning the next day. More importantly when my credit card was being checked my line flapped and my connection hung. Had I placed the order? Was I going to get my battery? I found a phone number and got through quickly. The person answering the call promptly, and without fuss found my order, explained that it had not been processed, and my card had not been charged. The rest was quickly sorted out. Two points. They have a phone number and sorted out my problem, caused by external circumstances, quickly, efficiently and courteously. Guess where I am going to order my next battery from.
