Great price, higher spec than expected, but still cheaper. I was sceptical about batteries by post, btu was delivered well packaged, clean, undamaged and no evidence of any leakage.

Great service. However, I was disappointed to find so much expanded polystyrene was used to pack my purchase. It was tightly packed around the battery in multiple pieces that blew everywhere when I opened the box outside as instructed. Could a recycled cardboard packing not be used instead?

I ordered and got the battery I wanted mid-morning the next day. More importantly when my credit card was being checked my line flapped and my connection hung. Had I placed the order? Was I going to get my battery? I found a phone number and got through quickly. The person answering the call promptly, and without fuss found my order, explained that it had not been processed, and my card had not been charged. The rest was quickly sorted out. Two points. They have a phone number and sorted out my problem, caused by external circumstances, quickly, efficiently and courteously. Guess where I am going to order my next battery from.
