Battery received and was extremely well packaged. Fitted and vehicle started first time so time will tell if it has been the battery previously or some other issue but very satisfied with service and delivery by Tayna.

I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before reviewing this product. Now, after two weeks of very cold weather, I can give it the thumbs up! I had a VARTA since 2012 and it seems this one will give a similar service. But more than the product, I wanted to write a review to thank Tayna for their excellent customer service. I had not changed a battery myself before, but in a single phone call I was advised on which batteries were suitable and then received a list to choose from. I am an AA member, but because I don’t have cover for breakdown outside my home, they wanted to charge me £87 for coming out and telling me that I needed a battery. They would then offer to sell me one and then fit it. With the help of the guy at Tayna I recon I have saved myself probably £150. Changing a battery is not that difficult and with a bit of encouragement from experts most people can do it (if I can). This is a very good online company!

The 5 star rating i have given is for tayna batteries. As usual it was excellent service. The only problem i had was with the courier service. They kept thanking me for informing them i wanted to change the delivery date, which i hadn't. I finally managed to get through to customer service and resolve the matter. The Varta D15 is a superb battery, my last one was on the car for 10 years and never missed a beat! For thier excellent service and prices i would definitely recommend Tayna.

I installed this battery as a slight upgrade after the original one became unreliable. A slight increase in capacity 63Ah and 610CCA. Good price and fast delivery and next time I need a battery I shall come to Tayna first in future.
