As a complete novice with cars and changing batteries, I found the customer service I received from Tayna friendly and extremely helpful. The battery they recommended for my car was the one I needed, it arrived next day and was simple to fit. I found Taynas prices to be untouchable. This was a job my local garage quoted me £545 to do, which I done with the same spec battery for about £180. Cant recommended this company enough and next time I dont think I'll even bother looking elsewhere as I'm so happy with the service, price and product.

It’s only when purchases don’t work out well that a company shows its true valued. Tayna has certainly done that with this one, & has emerged with flying colours. I’m very impressed by their helpfulness & flexibility. I’m now on my third of these in four years, which is not ideal. However, the first was my fault, letting it stand without checking it for three months during lockdown - not sensible when fitted to a car with a known parasitic draw. Before that there’d been not a moment’s trouble with it. The second arrived unable to hold a charge, running from 100% to under 50% in four days. I contacted Tayna, who sent me instructions on returning it which included a dire warning that I’d be paying the return carriage if there was nothing wrong with it. Nevertheless when I explained that this was the only usable battery I had, they very helpfully arranged that the courier picking up the faulty one would also bring a replacement. They arranged the exchange to be completed within 36 hours, & it went like clockwork. I now have a new, fault free battery fitted, & am delighted with both it and the company..
