Initially called into my local motor factors on a Saturday. All three stores unable to source battery until Wednesday. Went online Tanya batteries cheaper and received product on Monday. Lucus battery excellent quality and great price. Won’t even bother calling into local stores going forward. Just go online to Tanya batteries. Cheaper and faster delivery.

Reputable brand, competitive price and prompt delivery - all good. It is the right physical size & capacity and starts engine fine. I'm unable to comment on the length of the working life. You recommend it for the Tiguan but it has one failing - there's no BEM code to tell the computer that I have changed the battery. It's working without but that is the proper thing to do. I suspect this is VW being too fussy however you might give it some thought.

Friendly and helpful voice over the phone. In 2 minutes the choice, invoice and the discount were ready as I was talking to Aaron,and sent to my email address. Cautious about some delay due to the pandemic, an extra day on the delivery was asked. The battery arrived 3 days after as stated, wrapped in a state-of - the - art box. I checked the battery was fully charged and not out of date and fitted in my DS5 Hybrid. Conclusion: A pity that everything is life is not as smooth (and cheap!) as a transaction with Tayna!
