Friendly and helpful voice over the phone. In 2 minutes the choice, invoice and the discount were ready as I was talking to Aaron,and sent to my email address. Cautious about some delay due to the pandemic, an extra day on the delivery was asked. The battery arrived 3 days after as stated, wrapped in a state-of - the - art box. I checked the battery was fully charged and not out of date and fitted in my DS5 Hybrid. Conclusion: A pity that everything is life is not as smooth (and cheap!) as a transaction with Tayna!
