Service from Tayna could not have been better. Battery arrived the next day as promised; fitted to car which started on first key-turn. This is my second Optima, first one didn't like not being used much - only got about 5 years. Battery is fitted in the rear so I didn't want a wet, acid battery behind me.....

So far so good. My 2006 Chrysler Grand Voyager seems to love this battery. I'll let you know how really good it is this time next year. I'm using an 18v solar trickle charger daily to circumvent any day to day drain on the battery.

First class all round, customer service and knowledge was exceptional as I'd had no luck even with so called Chrysler people. Here , after saying what car I had he automatically said the battery and type number that would do the job. Battery was the original, good delivery, nice and quick. But it seemed the battery dimensions had changed since the time it was originally made so that it didn't quite fit my car. But that's not really down to Tayna more an issue with Optima. So do be aware if you try and get there exact same batteries, if it's been 7-8 years, it's possible the dimensions might have changed. But it was a very minor and mine was a special case where the top red lip was a different height to the terminals for a very tight space in the car

Original battery finally gave up after 15 years! Easy to order, delivery was good, well packed and in the end easy to fit too. Watched videos on YouTube of people taking the front seat out to fit. If you are fitting this battery take the front and side panel off the seat, (5 crosshead screws) take the bolt out of the battery strap, (15mm spanner or socket) push the battery out from behind, take the leads off (10mm spanner) remove the battery, new one in position and do the reverse of the above. Started first time. 150 more cca than the original at 1000! Shame the car won't last another 15 years.

Replacement for same model of battery that had lasted several years hard use. High CCA so great for cold winters and diesel engines. Ordered online in afternoon and arrived before 10am next morning, Well packagedand fully charged. Service couldn't be better.
