Only had it a short while but seems to work a treat in my hot rod. I have faith in the product based on good reviews by people in the states where Optima are more commonly available. Service from Tayna was second to none, very quick delivery and the battery was safely packaged.

I can’t rate these Red Top batteries highly enough. They are genuinely a world apart from normal batteries. I use them in my classic cars that stand around for weeks and they have never failed me. Tanya always deliver too.

This is the second purchase of one of these batteries I have made. The first had been in 2008, and it took 11 years for the thing not to hold charges as well as it should. The only choice I would say. Fit the best and forget other manufacturers.

So far, the battery seems to be great. Time will tell how long it lasts. Postage was not so good, a neighbour found the package at the side of the road.

What a difference this makes to starting my 6 volt vintage car. Don't bother with conventional batteries get a Red top Optima is really is worth double the cost of conventional batteries.

The Optima battery you supplied has much improved the 6 volt cold cranking of my Porsche 356 in the recent freezing weather. It's too early to vouch for the longevity of this battery's performance which is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars. Roger Bates

This novel way of getting high cold cranking power (application:- 1950 Ferguson Tractor) hasn't been fully tested yet, but it seems to be a good solution. Speed of delivery from Tayna was outstanding: I telephoned on a Friday afternoon around 3.00 p.m., and the battery was delivered by 9.30 a.m. the next morning (Saturday).
