I was not happy with the way that the battery terminals' orientation is described on your website. Customers clearly have problems with your descriptions. On top of that I thought the way I was charged for returning and re-ordering the correct battery was very poor and showed little consideration for customers. I would therefore not be using your services again or recommending them to others

I was offered 3 different batteries by local retailers/wholesalers for this car! found that no all battery manufacturers make this battery so they offer an "alternative". It took a long time to be sure yours was correct. The dimensions and other listed info was really helpful in confirming before ordering.
