I found the Tayna website very easy to navigate, and entering my car’s details brought up a number of choices. I chose a suggested battery from a company whose name I trust at a reasonable price. The battery was delivered promptly, but on fitting it appeared to be a little smaller than the one previously fitted. I hope that isn’t an issue, but that is why I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5.

Battery and price excellent. Delivery disappointing. Packaging indicated to be kept upright. If you look at delivery drivers photo package is left on its side. But battery all ok.

As usual, the low price of the Varta battery was just one of the reasons I will continue to go back to Tayna - another reason is the always-prompt delivery. Unfortunately, Yodel was the chosen carrier; the package arrived the next day, but ten minutes before the advertised timeslot! Despite leaving a note to leave the delivery on the doorstep, it was taken away and I was advised that it would be delivered the next day. Customer Services at Tayna dealt with this promptly and courteously, despite it being no fault of theirs. I use Tayna whenever I need a battery - the reason? Always low prices on the best quality products with amazingly fast delivery.

This is over the last 3/4 years I have bought 3 batteries from this company, and each one I have been served with excellent service and first class delivery, unlike these Mega people who dispatch the wrong battery. And the batteries hold a full charge when I charge it before fitting it!.

Good battery, like for like replacement. Fitted a Varta battery because the original one which was Varta lasted sixteen years. The second which was a cheaper replacement only lasted four. Item arrived next working day, tracked delivery and very well packaged, (ordered friday late pm delivered lunchtime monday). Would recommend.
