This is aimed at your courier service not your in house service and product. UK Mail were poor, and seemed to consider that 3 days for a next day delivery was unfortunate but (shrug their shoulders!) there was nothing they could do about it !!!! Due to urgent requirement for a battery I had to cancel and purchase locally to my disadvantage

Your courier (UK Mail)let you down totally....Next day delivery paid for on Thursday and delivery finally offered due to mistakes on the following Tuesday - hence the cancellation of order and low rating. I like your company, prices and products, but not your courier !!
