Similar to one that was OEM. It does have more kick than original. Usually batteries I've had before last around 6yrs, but OEM lasted nearly 9yrs, so went with varta again.

My Varta battery lasted longer than most cars so I replaced the battery in this car with a Varta silver. Tayna made it easy for me. They couldn't really do much more except replace it themselves! Great price too.

Battery delivered in a couple of days. OE batteries used to last 8-10 years and sadly no longer the case now they are made in Spain. I wanted a quality battery made in Germany with a decent guarantee and this fitted the bill. Time will tell.

As always Varta is the professionals choice and I'm happy with the purchase. Pity this model does not have the battery health indicator which the varta blue purchased from Tanya previously had. Good packaging, as I was nervous due to the weight that the delivery company might damage it en-route. Great speed and competitive pricing. Although Tanya's website \ and helpdesk today will recommend a smaller battery for this van, back in the day I was told on the phone ( by an experienced Tanya employee over 10 years ago), that this larger CCA model would fit and as the vans really old it benefits from the extract starting capacity.
