Reviews of E39 Varta Silver Dynamic Start-Stop Plus 096 AGM Car Battery 12V 70Ah (570901076)

Excellent service resolving a product warranty issue with a Varta E44 lead acid battery. Battery had failed after 6 months use on a classic Jaguar XJS Convertible. Tanya technical rep suggested the upgrade to this technology for this application. Defective battery was collected when this was delivered. Subsequently and very quickly the warranty claim was substantiated and the original purchase price refunded. Service as it used to be! Well done. Paul Beard

This battery is the one specified by Varta's own website, which is higher than the one Tayna's battery matrix suggests. Identical dimensions to the OEM battery. Start-stop is a battery killer so spend the extra on the AGM version.
