Faultless service, competitive price, next day delivery and five year guarantee. The battery was received very well packaged with bold clear instructions including a robust sticker applied directly to the battery reinforcing the requirement for transit plugs removal before fitting. I have had good performance from previous Varta Batteries, so chose to replace a different brand with this one. I would reinforce Tayna's advice that buyer must double check the dimensions of the existing battery before ordering, as the dimensions of some of the other batteries Tayna listed for my vehicle differed slightly from the original, including the featured / recommended Bosch battery on the day I ordered from the website, but this E44 Varta matched exactly. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the product and have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Tayna to anyone..

The battery itself was just as I ordered and was competitively priced however the courier service was a big problem. After initially informing me of a delivery date they posted on their tracking website that the delivery was delayed. They did not contact me to rearrange so I had to contact them again and they agreed to deliver on another date. The battery did not arrive on the re-arranged day so I raised a case with Google Certified Shops to get the issue resolved. I was then informed that the courier had lost my battery. I was then offered a refund or another battery. I don't think offering a refund shows good customer service as all I wanted was the battery that I had paid for. Eventually a second battery arrived but what should have happened in a couple of days took over a week to resolve. In the meantime I was having to jump start my car so the whole affair was very inconvenient.
