excellent packaging and prompt delivery (estimated to within one hour of arrival). I actually called the helpline first as appeared I had non standard battery in my car so just did a like for like swap but needed a silver calcium battery to eliminate potential issues with smart charge alternator. Starting much better in cold weather now for my aging diesel engine.

I have a vw transporter 2008 model diesel auto. I noticed there was a weird sound from a buzzer alarm inside the vehicle one morn recently. I decided to change the battery and have had it for a couple of weeks now...all fixed. The service they provide is the best the packaging is brillant and delivery excellent. Have to be honest the battery has 5 years warranty and for the price I think is great value. It's worth spending a little more ie Varta brand as this is orginal equipment for vw. All in all 100% all the way would reccomended both the battery and Tayna.
