Very prompt service and quite good customer service over the phone. The product hopefully would be good as I have bought it the first time for my Mercedes B 180 and it fitted properly.

I have used Varta car batteries for very many years because of their reputation as top-quality batteries. The previous E44 Silver Dynamic battery lasted seven years in a car that is only used in the summer months, with long periods of inactivity during the winter - not an ideal scenario for a car battery. I wouldn't consider any other car battery manufacturer, and prices are competitive, too.

A new lease of life for my old Audi! My car was a bit sluggish getting started first thing in the morning, the anxiety of weather the battery would give up before the engine caught was not the best way to start the week. So I decided to replace battery. Unfortunately I started off this exercise by ordering a battery that didn't fit (Due to the climate control option on my car, the battery is relocated to under the rear seat, where space and access is more limited), however the staff at Tayna were very helpful and accommodating, offering good advice and in no time had me sorted with the correct battery, which arrived promptly the following week. Now the car is completely transformed, like a massive shot of caffeine the engine turns over with much greater enthusiasm and fires up much quicker. I've marked this particular battery only 4/5 stars, due to the fact that the plastic terminal covers, whilst a good idea, particularly with the location under a seat, don't fit particularly well with the battery cables attached, a slightly larger design will allow the terminals to fit under the covers without having to remove excessive material. Apart from this I have no complaints.

awesome service, selected battery online, but decided to phone my order, spoke to a really helpful guy and ordered the battery at around 15.00 hours. Next day at 09.30 battery arrived, really well packed _strong cardboard box, lined fully with rigid polystyrene and the battery in a sealed vacuum bag with an instruction sheet_. You cannot get or expect any better service than this in my opinion. Highly recommended. Jon E. East Yorks.

I bought this battery to replace the original Varta supplied by VW, and which had lasted many years. I charged the battery before fitting it to the car, since when it has performed faultlessly. The physical size of the battery is identical to the original and therefore integrated well. There are only 2 points i would raise, both of which relate to Varta and not Tayna. 1) the instructions relating to vent plug removal/ replacement are not as clear as they could be; 2) the battery does not have integral carrying handles, making carriage/ fitment a little more tricky. Overall i am very pleased with the battery and reassured by the 5 year guarantee. Tayna is a competitively priced company and i would use them again/ recommend them to others. Delivery was next working day and i was well informed of its estimated arrival to within a 1 hour window.
