Excellent customer service and comprehensive website. I have an old vehicle and it’s original battery, 22 years old, finally gave out. My local dealer couldn’t replace it, neither could any of the suppliers they contacted. I set about checking online companies and Tayna came up trumps. They had other users with the same vehicle who had bought an alternative battery (original no longer made) who gave the thumbs up.
