Battery delivered very quickly in a well padded sturdy cardboard box, clear instructions were attached to remove the transport plugs, have given it a 24 hour session on a trickle charger and put it in the car straight away (Ford Focus Mk3 2011). It's been a week so cannot really say much about a long term performance (especially in cold weather whilst doing a lot of short trips) but so far so good.
