The product itself is great, the additional convenience kit also a bonus, albeit, open ended eye's would have helped to fit it to the battery post securing nuts! Feedback for Tayna themselves, the guy I spoke to for tech support was blunt to say the least and of no help.

Quick delivery, good product, easy to use, worked well and helped to sort/charge a previously "dead" car battery. It's now on the "maintain" cycle as I'm not currently using the car much...thanks to Lockdown.

with current lockdown rules the bmw agm battery kept on showing messages of low battery after a short run to the shops , I connected the battery conditioner / standby charger each time i leave the car and no problems it keeps the battery fully charged .. I am thinking of getting a second for the ranger rover

A great all round battery charger/reconditioner at reasonable price. I like that it comes with a cable that you can permanently attach to the battery so it's just a simple task of then plugging in the charger. It's very easy to use. Only negative and this is only a minor irk and that is no voltage readout. I would definitely recommend this to any vehicle owner whether private or trade. A final note Tayna prices are cheaper than online shopping and they are local to me so well done to them.

Not having used my car for a while during Covid19 the battery was flat in the cold weather and affected the ECU. I used my old charger which took ages to put charge in the battery as it was only for lead acid batteries and I really needed a agm charger. After doing research I decided to purchase the CTEK MXS 5.0 12v Charger and Conditioner and am very happy with the purchase. The charger itself seems very well made and fully charged and conditioned the AGM battery in about 12hrs in freezing cold weather. I have now fully charged the battery in my other car which is lead acid and a spare in the garag all within 24hr from completely flat. I have no hesitation on recommending the MXS 5 charger and also the excellent service and price from Tayna.
