I purchased this because my previous iteration of this product lasted 7 years until the mode button jammed and the voltage was not always maintained as required. In fairness it did take quite a few hits. A floor drop. A cat pushing it off a shelf. I didn’t have the protective bumper cover. I’d rather have something with a 5 year warranty I thought if it’s going to be attached to my garage queen hence this purchase. This one I purchased is markedly improved over the first generation I had. The LED selection settings make more sense. It is very slightly bigger than the previous one but still looks robust. I cannot comment on whether the cables have been improved other than the clip/jump cables which feel a bit more secure and rugged compared to the first generation where the plastic came off one of them. It’s a shame a product like this doesn’t have Bluetooth built in or Wi-Fi to smart monitor/control it but you can buy CTEK battery sense for that. Lastly, this charger uses a charging algorithm called ‘iii’ (or 3). It is more intelligent and advanced than the charging algorithm of any NOCO charger. It’s clearly a superb charger and the IP ratings for dust/water are also favourable. I am happy with it. You can fit and forget. Great charger with an array of accessories if you need to vary cable length or method of attachment. Highly reliable clean power.

Fantastic device, maintains batteries on low use vehicles and can quite often bring batteries back from near death. Extra useful during lockdown when cars are sitting for weeks.

Really happy with my charger,my car battery was getting run down with not using my car during lockdown, didn't need to remove car loads from my battery just attached the crocodile clips and pressed the mode button 2lights illuminated to show battery condition and charging started ,took about 10 hours to get to 7 lights,postal delivery was a bit slow but charger arrived well packed ready to use

Wow... What a great charger, and so compact too! This little beauty had my car up and running within 2 hours of connection, following 4 weeks non car use. Yes, more expensive than some others, but very good quality, and as always you get what you pay for. Great Charger... Go get one. ? ? ? ? ?
