The CTEK MXS 5 charger is easy to use and well made, I am pleased with it. Tayna dispatched it the next day after my purchase, however Royal Mail took 10 days to deliver it. I was disappointed as I needed it urgently, however I understand that these are difficult times for many businesses

It arrived by return of post. Instructions were clear and the product charged my car battery using the simple connections in a safe and efficient manner. The supplied case keeps the kit together. The ring terminal connections did not have a large enough hole to be connected to my Land rover Discovery Sport stud terminals; requiring larger holed terminals . Otherwise a good product which provided the necessary charging cycle required by my battery.

Fantastic well designed piece of kit. Used it on the recondition cycle for two caravan and two car batteries. Small size allows it to be left under the bonnet whilst doing the recharge. Best price with Tayna. Cheaper than Amazon.

Well, I’ve only charged one car so far but all seemed to go well. I like the quality. The unit appears well finished and the crocodile clips are nice and robust. I would have liked to have seen more cable protection where the cable exits the charger - I see that as a definite weak point. The charger went through the stages it was supposed to, so I guess only time will tell just how good this charger really is.
