Previously had one of these chargers bt let it go when I sold the car. Mistake! Both my cars are classics so over winter they are not used much. Both had good batteries in them but they drained down and were not holding a charge. So I bought the Ctek MXS and connected each car in turn after selecting the recondition program. After 48 hours on each battery they were back to as new. Our daily driver was also showing slow engine turning - too many stop starts in cold weather - so put the Ctek on it for 18 hours. Since then it spins over nicely. An excellent product that has saved me a lot of money. It also does stop/start AGM batteries so is future proof.

More useful than my previous CTEK in that by moving it around I can re-vitalise my old Cortina battery and then move it back to maintain the battery in the Porsche. I also like the way it shows how the charging is proceeding. I've still got the previous charging maintaining the wife's Suzuki. Too many cars ?

Nice bit of kit. Currently attached to our Jag XJS while on winter hibernation. Really easy to use. Only complaint really is the clips supplied to attach to the battery are a bit small, only just fitting, But don't let that put you off.
