As I said in my recent review of this purchase - why I am being asked to do this agian I dont know. But delivery was very rapid, just over 24 hrs from order to delivery!. Capacity of battery seems less that I was expecting, but early days - hence the 4 stars

This is the third battery that I have ordered from Tayna and their service and product cannot be faulted. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for DHL, the courier they use. I was promised next day delivery and it took DHL three days to get to me. Then despite me being at home at the time of delivery, and despite the box being clearly marked with 'this way up' arrows, the parcel was thrown over my gate, landing on its side and damaging the box. Thankfully the battery seems none the worse for the experience, I do, however, urge Tayna to find another courier service if at all possible.
