I phoned Tanya batteries and asked if they had it in stock. They said they had and to order online as l was desperate for my stairlift so l ordered. Only to receive an email a day or 2 later saying sorry we don't have them in stock and have refunded your PayPal account. Was extremely disappointing for me as you can imagine.
