The service from Tayna was excellent! The battery was ordered on Tuesday and arrived here, in France, on Friday morning. We did however find it damaged. A phone call to Tayna and a new one was dispatched, arriving here just three days later! Brilliant customer service and greatly appreciated! A super little battery that is already performing well. I would not hesitate to use Tayna again.
