Wanted a lawnmower battery and as there were 2 options I phoned the firm and was given the answers to my questions. Ordered online no problems and item arrived at 8am next day very well packaged. Battery sat around for a week before putting on mower and it started without any trouble. Totally satisfied with service and price...though I would be even happy if it was even cheaper!!
