Clear, easy to use web site, with good emphasis on checking battery dimensions. Fast delivery, well packed, good safety instructions, and battery came ready to go (unlike other suppliers who only supply battery but not filled with acid). I liked the fact that the battery design included a carry handle.

Battery is fine and mower started first tun of the key. However the delivery was not so good. I was tracking it and it left the depot in Selby just after 9.00 am. It was later reported as delivered at 9.30 am In actual fact, it was delivered at 7.00 on. For this reason, I have deducted one star and suggest that you change your courier

Really simple and straightforward ordering process, battery arrived 48 hrs later. Battery was a perfect fit and had upgraded performance over the John Deere original, and was much cheaper. Really please.

I placed my order and received confirmation via email that the battery would be delivered next working day..however it took 5 working days to arrive because the delivery company ran out of time in the day to deliver!! Not acceptable and not what I expected to hear but Tayna Battery's customer service didn't seem to want to know! Not the type of service I expected to receive especially when they promise next day delivery!
