Your service was brilliant, query on ordering from Germany for delivery in UK to an address were we were staying for a short time answered immediately. Parcel sent off on the day promised for delivery in the time frame. Unfortunately UK Mail nearly made all your efforts a waste of time as they couldn’t find the address and waited for me to contact them via their tracking system. Luckily I picked up the tracking e-mail and after finally finding their local depot’s telephone number(number not on their e-mail) via BT’s outrageously expensive Directory Enquires @ £14.93 arranged delivery for the next day 15th Nov. Their first delivery driver couldn’t find the address so it was taken back to the depot and marked "Check Address". I was a bit surprised that they couldn’t do a simple postcode check which would have shown them exactly the location of the property. http://postcodefinderpreprod.royalmail.com/addressfinder.aspx Maybe they don’t like using “Royal Mail” facilities? As I said, your service was great, pity about the carrier who nearly messed the order up and cost me an extra £14.93; hence I can unfortunately only give 2 stars when you really deserve 5.

Has been longer lasting than previously fitted Oregon batteries. Even when lawn tractor left over winter had no problem starting up.
