Early on a Monday morning your very helpful telephone staff guided me through the order system, especially as I was a woman ordering a battery which only existed as an alternative. Emails kept me informed of my order status and the correct lawnmower battery was delivered to my husband's work address the next morning, as promised, well packed and ready to go. Arrived exactly as stated in the order. Label on battery advised to remove plugs but there were no obvious plugs and after trying to remove what I thought was plugs decided that this was in fact part of the battery. Plugs need to installed and be obvious.
