Perfect for yacht battery - matches existing. Team managed to speed up delivery when their courier company sent product to wrong depot and thus ensured it got to me on time.

Arrived very promptly and well packaged. Fitted to our caravan the same day. The reason I have only given 4 stars rather than a maximum of 5, is because I have not yet been away in the caravan and therefore cannot judge how well the battery is holding its charge.

Only just fitted but looks to be ok. Small amount of fluid leaked on delivery when I reported it they didn't feel it was a problem but logged the fact just in case it was in the future. Customer service good plus a long guarantee.

The batteries took a little longer than I had hoped to arrive, just over a week, which was a pity, but maybe my expectation was unrealistic! But, they were a reasonable price, expertly packaged, Tayna's team were always there at the end of the phone to track progress, which was highly reassuring with an internet purchase, and so I am afraid I have nothing to winge or complain about! I would highly recommend this company for future transactions and obviously would use them again myself

I was replacing 2 x 110ah 664 heavy cranking batteries, one had failed, these were the wrong type in my Moody yacht. I chose ER550 for their specification. The 664 size was critical, unfortunately the blue top over hangs the battery case more than the old batteries, whilst still being in the 664 foot print. I had to make changes to the power leads in order to fit the 2 Exide ER550, and I didn't check the weight, very heavy at 58kg !
